At Devovix S.R.L. (hereinafter, "Devovix"), we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our real estate crowdlending platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly when registering on our platform, including: full name, email address, identity document number (DNI/CUIT), address, phone number, financial information necessary to make investments, and any other information you choose to share when communicating with us. Additionally, we automatically collect certain technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited within the platform, and access times.
2. Use of Information
We use your personal information to: manage your account and process your investments; verify your identity in accordance with current anti-money laundering regulations (UIF Res. 30-E/2017); send you updates about your investments and project status; comply with our legal and regulatory obligations before the CNV and other agencies; improve our services and user experience; and communicate offers, news, and informational content related to the platform, always with your prior consent.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes outside our operation. We may share your information with: technology service providers that assist us in platform operations (hosting, payment processing); Argentine regulatory bodies (CNV, UIF, AFIP) when legally required; legal and accounting advisors in the context of regulatory audits; and real estate developers associated with the projects in which you invest, exclusively to the extent necessary for managing your investment.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for all communications, secure data storage with AES-256 encryption, role-based access controls for our staff, and periodic security audits conducted by independent consultants. However, no data transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
5. Your Rights
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001, you have the right to: access your personal data stored on our platform; request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected; object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes. 6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active and for an additional period of 10 years after closure, in accordance with the document retention obligations established by the CNV (RG No. 962/2023) and the UIF. Once this period has elapsed, the data will be anonymized or securely deleted.
7. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the platform. We will notify you of substantial changes through your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
